Each piece is handmade, and made-to-order items (including prints produced by our print partner) may require additional production time. Any estimated production or delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

DELIVERY

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and review it before placing an order. You are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, to the extent permitted by law. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Contact us promptly if your order appears lost, is delivered to the wrong address, or arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy: contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs of the item, packaging, and damage.

LOCAL PICKUP AND IN-PERSON SALES

Pieces purchased in person at markets, shows, or studio events are handed over at the time of sale and are not shipped unless separately agreed.
